We are looking for an IT Specialist in NY to provide level II IT support to employees both in person & remotely at our corporate & retail workforces. Youll be an integral part of our IT team, working directly to tackle both small & large scale projects.

When youre not catching zzzs, this is what youll do

• Provide level II support for corporate & retail IT support requests.
• Setup & configuration of new hardware (computers, printers, AV equipment, network equipment) & software.
• Support & maintain our core IT services (G Suite, Meraki, Slack, Box, JAMF, AirWatch, JIRA).
• Create & revise IT operations playbooks & end-user documentation.
• Assist in carrying out small & large scale IT projects.
• This is a hybrid position requiring 1-3 days per week in our spacious 3 World Trade Center office. 

Our dream candidate has...

• 3+ years experience as an IT professional supporting Windows, Mac & Linux platforms.
• Highly collaborative; exceptional verbal & written communication skills.
• Certified in ITSM, A+ or ACMT preferred
• Ability to multitask & work in a fast-paced environment.
• Cohesive team player able to interface with others throughout the ticket lifecycle.
• Self starter; ability to prioritize & follow through on all tasks.
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field preferred
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
