Please note: This position is based in New York, but will be operating in West Coast hours.

Above all, you want to make it work! You know how to get the relevant people to help you achieve this goal, & you are prepared to roll up your sleeves & write code in whatever language makes sense to bypass obstacles & make things work.

You will build tools to extend the manageability of the product & ensure customer success.
You will be working closely with the founders & the engineering team helping define customer requirements, sell our value proposition, deploy the product & make customers productive & successful on our platform. Also, as a key customer-facing engineer, you will be providing valuable product feedback & help improve the functionality & deployability of ActionIQ.
