ABOUT THE ROLE 

The Marketing Operations Manager will be part of the Marketing Strategy, Operations & Partnerships Team.  This person will collaborate closely with Marketing Leadership to help establish the what, when & how marketing is taken to market, based on the overall strategy & goals.  This person will be responsible for increasing the operational efficiency of the Marketing org & aligning our organizational structure & staffing to the capabilities required by the Marketing Strategy.

This person will be a trusted partner to all stakeholders within the marketing department, as well as cross-functionally, with partners at all levels!

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

  • Sit at the global intersection of Marketing Strategy, Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Media, Lifecycle, Comms & Creative, responsible for leading operational efficiencies across the marketing org.  
  • Proactively identify & solve for operational gaps that slow down or interfere with successful execution of the marketing strategy & goals, with regards to the full year calendar, prioritization process, resourcing, headcount allocation & tracking of results & impact.   
  • Build tools and/or introduce systems to monitor Marketing capacity across the org to improve the ability to anticipate staffing pressure & to more accurately prioritize marketing initiatives.  This can be inclusive of project management systems, mapping end-to-end go-to-market processes & working with teams to improve speed to market.
  • Proactively identify & elevate resourcing constraints or improvements to organizational structure to ensure teams are set up properly to execute against marketing strategy
  • Develop & lead prioritization exercises according to marketing strategy & business goals
  • Manage & communicate changes to plans of record & calendar based on what drives goals.  

YOU BRING TO PELOTON 

  • 4+ years of marketing operations management experience  
  • detail oriented, a problem solver & can quickly & efficiently diagnose & fix a workflow problem 
  • Ability to  pivot quickly to changes/ last minute requests Cultivate & build collaborative & trusting working relationship with various partners 
  • Self motivated with a bias for actions; have experience to drive projects independently to completion with clear plan
  • You have a sincere interest in understanding how things work & how to continuously make them better Experience with process & project improvements that streamlines & helps achieve business objectives  
  • Ability to introduce industry standard methodologies to the Marketing org to improve operating efficiency
