We are looking for an exceptional individual with excellent communication & organization skills to join & grow with our Marketing team. TheManager, Corporate Communications & Marketingwill develop communications content for account based marketing to generate leads, connect with current clients, & contribute to the overall Marketing initiatives of ExecOnline. The Manager will be report directly to the Senior Director of Marketing to help build ExecOnlines reach & brand.

This is an exciting opportunity to have a real impact in marketing alongside a collaborative, driven team that is transforming online education. The position will be based in New York City, or Washington, DC.

In this role you will:

  • Develop compelling content across a variety of channels, including but not limited to: website materials, blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, advertising, email campaigns, white papers, infographics, video copy, & slide deck presentations
  • Research & create B2B case studies for account based marketing both internally & externally
  • Draft & edit all content for lead generation, webinars, & events
  • Build, test & deploy email campaigns to prospective & current clients, including layout link & dynamic content creation
  • Work with entire Marketing team on content, specifically creating email designs, & working directly with designers on management & execution

What makes you a great fit for this role:

  • 3-5 yearsof internal corporate communications preferred and/or B2B-specific marketing experience
  • Passion for writing all types of content (you could probably write this description better than us!)
  • Experience using Salesforce & Marketo
  • Superior verbal & written communication skills that generate interest & engage executive audiences
  • High level of poise, judgment, & attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines, & work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of HR and/or corporate coaching/training programs a plus
  • Strong organization skills, & ability to prioritize workload on a daily basis
  • Original thinker
  • Strong business acumen
  • Tech savvy
  • Ability to work in a team environment but also work independently
  • College / University education (4-year degree) from an accredited school
