Were looking for a talented Fleet Coordinator to help take Lyfts Fleet Line of Business to the next level. In this role you will drive improvements in the current process of vehicle management in order to increase utilization & assist the Fleet Lead with vehicle & claims processing.  In one week, you could be building relationships with vendors to drive down maintenance costs, on the lot moving cars & helping to improve the flow of rental returns in the garage, or tracking claims adjustments with insurance companies to ensure payment & invoicing accuracy.   • Own lot management to ensure organization & efficient vehicle flow
  • Support & train cross functional team members on fleet processes & ensure we are meeting all safety, security, & quality standards
  • Execute daily operation plans to achieve program metrics & standards, such as utilization, cost control & vehicle downtime
  • Proactively identify & flag vehicle issues, program challenges, & technical product bugs to Fleet Lead & internal partners
  • Become a knowledge expert in all aspects of the Lyft Fleet Line of Business operations
  • Manage, audit & track repair order process with internal & external Service & Maintenance vendors 
  • Manage the accident claims process with both Internal & External partners
  • Assist with managing relationships with various internal/external partners to optimize vehicle quality & reduce vehicle downtime
  • Assist with managing the vehicle supply lifecycle; including but not limited to in-fleeting, decommissioning, & disposition
  • Be an all-around team player - jumping in where needed to help the team get cars rental ready - could include cleaning, moving cars, gassing, transport or working with renters


  • Ability to multitask on a number of different fronts
  • Extremely process & detail oriented
  • Experience managing & maintaining relationships with vendors & partners
  • Intermediate knowledge of the automotive industry & vehicle components
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to analyze, understand & speak on data trends
  • Excellent communication, verbal, & writing skills
  • Strong bias for action & willing to jump in when needed with a positive attitude
  • Has a valid CA drivers license & passes the California DMV background check
  • Ability to use basic hand tools
  • Capable of performing repeated physical actions & functions
  • Ability to lift & carry 50 lbs
