Job Description:

Trilogy likes to build talent from within. Our student success managers are future P&L Owners. They have the much-desired mix of detailed operator meets empathetic relationship builder. This role relies as heavily on your ability to get tasks done as it does your ability to build productive, professional relationship with internal & external stakeholders. They are depending on you to execute efficiently, recommend process improvements as you notice them, & flag issues (with proposed solutions!) in advance.

The student success manager will change peoples lives & understands that students are investing in themselves. Whether students need a coach, an inspiration, or someone to tell them where they should park, the student success manager is their day-to-day POC for anything pertaining to their class.

Trilogy partners with business to upskill their workforce - fast! The Enterprise Student Success Manager will support adult learners who are either currently working at one of our partner companies or are working towards securing a role at one. The ideal SSM candidate will not only be able to support adult learners but also how to interface diplomatically & professionally with business leaders & university directors.

This role is remote but may require some travel as needed to various locations where classes are being held.

Details:

Youll oversee your cohorts day to day activities, instructional staff, & operations including classroom experience, student outcomes, & cultivating a network within the University & the company sponsoring the program.

It is your job to keep students & instructors HAPPY & ensure theyre successful.

The primary focus of the SSM will be in the following metrics:

  • Net Promoter Score / Student Experience
  • Instructor Management
  • Program Completion Rate

The SSM owns these in the following ways:

  • Student Experience (50%) The best marketing will always be our referrals from our Alumni network. Students must not only learn in this program, but the experience must be one in which they will always remember fondly.
  • Instructional Management (30%): You ll be responsible for managing Instructors & TAs who are in the classroom with students every step of the way. Your ability to empower these individuals to own their classroom, create a dynamic learning environment, engage in meaningful connections with students & skillfully present complex curriculum will undoubtedly contribute positively to the Student Experience.
  • Program Completion Rate (10%) It is up to the Student Success Manager to ensure our students are supported & meeting required metrics to complete the program successfully.

  • You have worked in a capacity as a mentor, coach or another role where motivating others was essential to your success
  • You have worked in the corporate environment & understand the importance of deadlines & streamlined communication
  • You have managed staff before; you have experience managing a classroom & know what makes a dynamic learning environment
  • You have experience of making difficult decisions, tackling problems head-on & can articulate lessons learned
  • You have a track record of delivering excellent customer satisfaction
  • You have successfully worked with a wide variety of individuals from diverse backgrounds
  • You have excellent communication skills & experience of being the main point of contact or representative for a brand
  • You can operate independently in a remote environment & cultivate strong relationships in a primarily remote capacity
  • You have been a part of a growing environment & are comfortable with evolving roles & responsibilities
