The Professional Services teams mission is to successfully implement & ingrain our solution to enable customers to effectively utilize & adopt BetterWorks solution over the long-term. The Professional Services team is part of our Customer Success team, which is dedicated to delivering a world-class experience to our customers & helping them embrace Continuous Performance Management (CPM) & goal-setting best practices. The Program Architect is a vital, customer-facing role within the team, leading the charge to implement our solutions for our customers. This role reports to the Senior Director of Professional Services.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage multiple concurrent customer implementation projects from start to finish for enterprise customers, including Fortune 500 firms
    • Consult with customers, from individual contributors to executives, on change management needed for a successful roll-out. This includes roll-out planning, program design & executive engagement
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on Corporate HR Performance programs, including goal-setting, recognition, feedback, & the BetterWorks platform.
  • Support Sales team by driving scoping discussions with prospects & owning the communication & the value that BetterWorks Professional Services can bring to their HR initiative
  • Develop & execute against detailed implementation plans, including but not limited to coaching customers on developing tailored communication, training strategy, & technical integrations
  • Closely manage project timelines, T&E, & scope, to ensure on-time on-budget project completion. Document any changes in scope & impact on price as needed
  • Demonstrate cross-functional leadership to deliver exceptional services & make our customers successful
  • Ensure a smooth hand-off to Customer Success following each project
  • Help establish & improve the professional services team by building high quality deliverables, repeatable processes, & continually bringing innovative ideas

Required Experience & Skills

  • 5 years of experience in leading SaaS implementations for large & complex organizations, including building roll-out plans & consulting on change management
  • Experience in consulting, professional services, customer success or related field
  • Experience within the HR Talent Management space or being a Talent Management program owner within an HR department
  • Exceptional client management & communications skills
  • Ability to deliver key change management workshops to C-Level leaders within large organizations
  • Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed - typically less than 20% travel required
  • Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects with varying complexity levels
  • Project Management Certification a plus
  • Strong presentation, meeting facilitation, & written communication skills
  • Strong PowerPoint & Excel skills
  • Experience with Gainsight, JIRA, Salesforce, & Zendesk a plus
  • Bachelors degree required
