Bustle Digital Group is seeking a proactive, creative & brand-driven marketer to join our newly established Brand Strategy team focused on building integrated marketing programs & brand marketing materials while ideating new initiatives to drive revenue across Bustle Digital Group (Bustle, Elite Daily, NYLON, Romper, The Zoe Report, W, Inverse, Input, & Mic). As the Associate Director, Brand Strategy, you will lead the development, creation, & communication of new platforms, products & initiatives, creating ongoing solutions for brand partners.
You will lead in building tools & resources for the entire presale organization to increase efficiency in our sales process - enabling brands to better connect with our audiences in new, innovative ways.
Brand Platforms, Tentpoles, & Signature Events: Ideate new sponsorable opportunities grounded in specific sites' brand ethos, managing material rollout with customizations throughout the year
Product Marketing: Develop the go-market & packaging strategy for all new products -- working cross-departmentally to create & communicate the offerings to our sales org
Editorial Initiatives: Manage ongoing materials for the BDG editorial calendar & upcoming editorial series, creating opportunities for brands with customized packaging
General Presentations & Site Positioning: Develop portfolio-wide, general presentations & category POVs for our existing sites & newly acquired properties
Partnerships: Help to forge new partnerships aligning with sales' specific category needs, developing unique BDG-led opportunities for the marketplace
Research & insights: Collaborate with our BDG Trends Group, uncovering insights to power the above, in addition to material creation for thought-leadership ideas for advertising partners
