About the Team & Role

• Building a Middle Office department in a new crypto financial institution
• Managing collateral for the firms crypto loan book 
• Working with a crypto loan desk to process transactions
• Working with crypto & cash operations to settle payments
• Reconciling books & records across the organization
• Improving procedures for existing operations
• Creating procedures for new operations as needed 
• Be ready to do what is necessary to support a rapidly growing crypto firm

About You

• 4-year degree
• At least 5 years of experience in financial services
  
• Experience with VBA, SQL, or similar high-level programming tools
• Able to work flexibly & independently
• Able to collaborate across the organization
• Enthusiastic about crypto-currencies & the blockchain ecosystem
  

Experience with one or more of the following:

• Margin & Collateral Management
• Back office clearance & settlement
• Trading support
• Cash & Treasury Operations
