Bonobos is seeking a razor sharp Account Executive who is passionate about our brand & wants to help grow our presence in all things Golf.

Since launching our wholesale business in April 2013, Bonobos Golf has been busy strategically building our account foundation. We are exclusively distributed on our corporate website, in select Nordstrom locations, Specialty Golf retailers, & about 60+ green grass accounts across the country. As we expand our Golf account base, we need a strong Account Executive to strategically grow our Bonobos Golf business, overseeing both existing & prospective accounts.

What you'll do...

  • Drive the Bonobos Golf Green Grass distribution strategy in the US & Canada
  • Build & manage regional Field Reps & partner with new/existing clubs in driving sales
  • Own order management process; support the entire sales cycle process from prospecting to closing deals
  • Develop & deliver sales recap emails to key stakeholders in various lanes across the company
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on assortment strategies, branding opportunities, inventory/revenue plans
  • Work with our production & operations teams to help track our product as well as chase trending styles
  • Lead PGA trade show build outs & initiatives
  • Visit key locations & drive retail sales
  • Stay up to date on market trends & competitive landscape


  • Have a Bachelor's degree & 5+ years of experience in the Golf industry, preferably within wholesale
  • Ideally have experience managing sales representatives
  • Are excited to be on the front lines of a fast-paced & growing team in an innovative & entrepreneurial environment
  • Are amped to drive sales, build brand awareness, & achieve monthly sales plans
  • Will be given the opportunity to have your voice be heard & your opinions taken seriously
  • Should be creative & excited about working cross-functionally across various departments
  • Are a great communicator with stellar follow up, lots of energy, & the ability to lead
