What We Need:

Were looking for a seasoned sales leader who will manage our portfolio of agency holding companies. The ideal candidate will combine proven experience managing & growing high-value partnerships with a deep understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, in order to drive optimum value for our programmatic partners. You will educate & support the global sales team by helping them uncover programmatic advertising budgets, navigate programmatic sales, & close new business.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive global commercial strategy for the six major holding companies including contracts, joint business plans & overall revenue growth 
  • Evangelize Yieldmo technology & products to agency Sr. Leadership  
  • Partner with sales & DSP partnerships team to identify opportunities & leverage relationships in the ecosystem to drive customer success  
  • Collect customer & overall market feedback to guide Yieldmos strategy. Translate this feedback into product requirements & drive execution of new features with customers
  • Partner with our internal product team to scope market opportunity for new pipes & integrations
  • Understand & monitor key performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth or improvement
  • Conduct regular business reviews with agency partners, employing a consultative, long term approach that builds productive relationships with stakeholders of all levels within the agency 
  • Analyze data & provide data-driven insights to improve our advertising programs
  • Contribute to written strategy documents for Yieldmo leadership

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of work experience within online media buying/selling industry, with at least 2 years focused on agency holding companies
  • Bachelors Degree in Business or other related fields
  • 3+ years of experience partnering with SSPs, DSPs, and/or publishers
  • Ability to travel 4+ times/quarter
  • Knowledge of programmatic advertising space, header bidding, publisher products, SSPs, & DSPs, especially industry trends & challenges
  • Deep understanding of how media (display & video) is bought, sold, & delivered programmatically across desktop, mobile & CTV
  • Ability to work independently to initiate & manage large strategic relationship & assess partnership viability & growth opportunities
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate across a broad range of technical & non-technical people
  • Excellent quantitative & analytical skills, being comfortable with pulling reports, diving deep into the data & analyzing trends
  • Team player with strong persuasion skills & proven ability to influence senior leadership
  • Customer-driven product thinking & ability to identify & prioritize requests
  • Proactive attitude with excellent project, organizational & time management skills
  • Strong creative & strategic thinking skills
