THE POSITION

This role is based in our New York office & will manage the FOX Bet brands Affiliate Strategy in relation to Sports within the US market. The role will work very closely with the Marketing Team to ensure the successful brand launches & growth. This role may also extend to all the below responsibilities to other brands as needed, depending on growth & workload, which is why experience with all verticals & digital marketing channels is desired.

THE GAME PLAN

Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Recruit, set up, & manage US Affiliates & Partners aiming to deliver on KPIs, monitoring the performance of affiliates on a regular basis, while providing a proactive, positive & constructive relationship
  • Provide regular reports on affiliate performance & Return on Investment
  • Help build marketing & competitor intelligence reports to plan affiliate strategies & seek out opportunities & gaps in the market
  • Produce forecasts, budget & KPI settings for the affiliate program
  • Develop & grow strong business relationships with affiliates, based on clear performance targets & compensation schemes
  • Develop & implement initiatives to improve affiliate performance & retention
  • Manage spend within budgets & maximize Return on Investment
  • Handle the resolution of affiliate program technical, commercial & operational issues as required
  • Optimize affiliate offerings on an individual basis when applicable
  • Run effective marketing tests to optimize affiliate acquisition & retention
  • Build promotions & work with the CRM team to set them up in the backend system, as well as work with the Creative team to develop the promotional assets
  • Monitor & police all US affiliate activities to ensure they are 100% compliant & abide by the departments Term & Conditions & state regulations

THE STATS

What were looking for in our next teammate

  • 3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing managing online affiliates
  • Strong negotiation skills required with an eye for detail in the structure of all deals
  • Proven & consistent track record of executing an aggressive growth strategy & delivering results
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility with all stakeholders
  • Significant experience of the online affiliate business
  • Confidence to liaise with & influence senior management
  • Strategic & commercial thinker
  • Strong judgment & problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical/reporting skills
  • Strong knowledge of global online affiliate & online gambling payment models
  • A real passion for sports & ability to grow the affiliate channel
