We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Analyst who will be responsible for producing actionable & accurate analytics & insights that enable sales leadership to make key strategic decisions. This role will be pivotal in using reporting & analytics to drive insights & best practices across the organization with a focus on improving sales effectiveness, efficiency & productivity. Responsibilities will include data analysis, reporting, lead & territory management, & commission calculations. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Sales Operations.


  • Track sales team performance & analyze results to identify growth opportunities & risks to plan
  • Perform data analysis & provide actionable insight into Pipeline, Bookings, Conversation Rates, & other KPIs & Metrics
  • Work closely with Senior Leadership in the development of analyses & presentations for Sales Management, including board decks, monthly sales reviews & sales management meetings
  • Own & maintain equitable territory assignments & lead distribution to the sales teams
  • Work in collaboration with finance on bookings & revenue reconciliation
  • Manage monthly sales commission calculations
  • Work closely with Data Science team to maintain data integrity across functions
  • Ad hoc reporting & analysis as needed


  • Previous experience with Salesforce, Looker or other BI tools
  • Highly proficient in Excel & SQL
  • Comfortable expressing complex ideas in easy-to-understand ways
  • Experience within Software or SaaS industry
  • Experience working in a sales environment
