Casper is seeking a motivated Retail Operations Intern to join the Retail Ops team this summer. This individual will learn both the retail field & HQ operations side of the business. They will have the opportunity to see what it is like to operate stores & to build infrastructure needed to support those locations. The ideal candidate is a proactive contributor & highly organized. This is a hybrid role, working an average of up to 3 days per week based at our spacious 3 World Trade Center office.

When youre not catching zzzs, this is what youll do:
- Manage purchase orders
- Expense & budgeting analysis
- Retail communications
- Assist with loss prevention program
Our dream candidate is
- Ability to perform in a hybrid work capacity, between being present in-person as well as in a remote capacity
- Strong Excel skills, & familiarity with Google docs & sheets
- Good communicator
- A desire to be in operations
- Proactive approach to work, you like to solve problems & dont wait for someone to give you the answer
- Extremely organized & detail oriented
- Excellent written communication & interpersonal skills
