Job Summary

Our ideal candidate will be located in the NYC area, which is home to our corporate headquarters. We work in a hybrid environment to support flexibility & community across the organization.

What you will do:

  • Work closely with all levels of management & staff to formulate, recommend, & implement Learning & Development content, to include organizational pillars & enabling practices
  • Maintains registration/attendance records of employees in order to prepare reports & studies on training programs & activities; assesses the success and/or failure of such programs
  • Provide logistical support for in-person training events & work with HR frequently for multiple initiatives
  • Determine & recommend specific curriculum necessary to establish & maintain a positive & inclusive environment & promote a high level of employee trust & confidentiality
  • Implement, & establish L&D strategies, ERG (Employee Resource Group) programs, & initiatives
  • Provide leadership, coaching, & direction to employees ensuring work initiatives align with organizations mission & values & promotes inclusivity, equity & contributes to organizational success & connection to community
  • Identify & implement best practices & present recommendations to support the company in the equitable recruitment, selection, training, retention, & promotion of its present & future workforce
  • Measure, track & analyze the effectiveness of L&D initiatives, report on progress, & identify future areas of focus
  • Consult with HR business partners as needed on matters related to employee relations in further support of educational opportunities, building awareness & continually improving practices for an equitable & inclusive workplace
  • Serve as our L&D subject matter expert, internal consultant & internal & external thought leader
  • Consistently analyze department processes & practices to ensure that programs are aligned with objectives that promote a culture of learning
