As the Coordinator for the Enterprise Sales Recruiting team, you are the face of Yelp & the first impression candidates have of the company. You will interact with thousands of candidates, the senior sales recruiters, & sales leadership on a daily basis to ensure the overall hiring process for our enterprise workforce is running smoothly. Managing communication among candidates, recruiters, & hiring managers with tact & diplomacy is critical. Your attention to detail & communication skills are the key to success in this role.
The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the daily functions of the sales recruiting department. You will be responsible for scheduling, facilitating, & coordinating interviews; addressing candidate questions; screening resumes; phone interviews when needed; & maintaining the integrity of the recruiting database.
