Position Overview

As a senior product manager working on publisher products, you will work with a team of product managers & engineers building products that provide data insights & measurement for the leading publishers in the world.

In this role, you will be responsible for the Unified Analytics product. Your duties will be: crafting a product roadmap, ideating on innovative new features, assessing competitive landscapes, conducting customer & product discovery, working closely with engineering teams, & evangelizing product capabilities internally & externally.

The ideal candidate is data driven, a self-starter, & has product management experience as well as publisher domain experience. You will work in an agile environment to push innovative software solutions to the market & assist in crafting all required supporting documentation to ensure it is a success.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage development from ideation to product release including requirement gathering & breaking down the high level roadmap into iterable pieces of work. 
  • Collect feedback & functional needs from customers & internal stakeholders & translate into product requirements.
  • Create product documentation for internal & external customers.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize & execute the roadmap in an agile development environment.
  • Collaborate with other product & engineering teams to launch products including GTM, pricing/strategy, developing use cases & stories, & other supporting tasks.
  • Communicate schedules, priorities, & status to all levels in the company.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills & critical thinking 
  • 3+ years of relevant Product Management experience in the digital advertising industry, premium publisher brands, or online video technology.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills & a proven history of collaboration across multiple internal teams.
  • Passion for customer focused product development.
  • A self-starter with enthusiasm to learn new technologies & market segments. Be able to quickly ramp up in the market segments that the product touches & remain up to date with the latest trends & competitive analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Quantitative/Technical or equivalent preferred.
  • Knowledge & experience with digital advertising technologies & workflows (IE: OpenRTB, programmatic deals, supply path optimization, prebid, etc).
  • Comfortable with API integrations & maintaining a large number of data connections.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies including Scrum & Kanban.
  • Prior experience working with customers, both internal & external, to find creative solutions for their needs.
  • Experience collaborating & working with UX on mocks/prototypes, customer research, usability studies, & use cases & stories for creating requirement documentation.
  • Experience owning an individual product while collaborating with other PMs & product teams to drive overall product suite value.
