Diversity Campus Recruitment Manager - Recruitment Team

Key Responsibilities 

  • Set & execute a diversity hiring strategy & pipeline development activities (external diversity branding, recruiting events, marketing initiatives, early-ID programs/events, outreach & sourcing strategies) that will attract world class entry-level talent from diverse backgrounds

  • Train internal partners on diversity recruitment processes & unbiased candidate evaluation

  • Act as a key member of the AlphaSights DEI Leadership Committee 

  • Work closely with the Head of Americas to continue deepening our commitment to diversity

  • Partner closely with firm stakeholders to set goals & report on diversity recruitment initiatives 

  • Participate in internal regional communications on the status & progress of diversity recruitment & other DEI initiatives

  • Research, build & maintain relationships with diversity organizations & recruitment vendors that can build a pipeline of high caliber, diverse talent 

  • Hire, train & manage Recruiting Coordinators and/or Associates

  • Delegate recruiting activities to team members & drive progress against goals

  • Conduct screening & first round interviews to determine candidate viability; support candidate progression throughout the evaluation & hiring process

  • Effectively educate candidates on AlphaSights employee value proposition & available opportunities

  • Organize & participate in onsite & offsite diversity recruitment events as needed (seasonal travel may be required)

  • Identify areas of opportunity, & participate in ad-hoc projects to advance our regional & global function

What We Look For 

  • Proven academic excellence (evidenced by a Bachelors or higher degree)

  • 3+ years in diversity recruitment or diversity & inclusion corporate talent functions (diversity campus recruitment experience preferred)

  • Knowledge & understanding of DEI best practices in regards to talent attraction, recruitment & equitable candidate selection & engagement 

  • Proven success in building & deploying diversity recruitment strategies 

  • Ability to think strategically & garner support for ideas & initiatives 

  • Interest in identifying, engaging & converting premier talent

  • Ability to multitask & prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong oral & written communication skills

  • Excellent attention to detail
