We are looking for an outstanding & experienced Customer Success Manager / Sales Executive / Account Manager who is interested in serving a $2-3M book of large logo clients. As our company grows, more than 400 accounts & rising, we want an Enterprise-level account manager willing to drive the adoption & upsell of a revolutionary product in a large addressable market. Enterprise level work means staying in contact with major customers & actively participating in their use of GitPrime platforms. The Customer Success Manager is responsible for building & nurturing relationships with existing clients to create increased revenue opportunities. Experienced remote professionals will be considered.

  • You have confidence in your ability to initiate, develop, & maintain trusting business relationships

What you'll own/what you are responsible for:

  • Managing a $2-3 million portfolio of customer accounts with account retention & growth responsibilities, including Gross & Net Renewal targets.

  • On-premise consultations & presentations - travel is required, variable, & subject to change, accounting for about 25% of your work time.

  • Customer on-boarding & product training, with ongoing demonstrations of new products & value demonstration to customers.

Experience you'll need:

  • You should have no less than three years of previous experience in software consulting, agile coaching, engineering management, or people operations roles

  • You will need demonstrable skills in written, oral, & interpersonal communications, focused towards customer persuasion & idea acceptance

  • You MUST have excellent time management skills, particularly the ability to prioritize & execute tasks that directly impact business objectives

  • You need some experience with Linux, PostgreSQL database, with Docker & Replicated being preferred
