FLEET MANAGER, FIELD OPERATIONS

Location - Plano, TX

THE ROLE:

  • Oversee the Peloton Fleet to ensure it is operated safely at all times in accordance with all rules & regulations
  • Collaborate with Fleet Vendor on acquisition & disposition of all Peloton Fleet Vehicles
  • Publish vehicle safety & usage data on a regular cadence to Field Operations
  • Continuously look for opportunity to reduce fleet costs
  • Work with the Field Ops (FO) Operations Center to ensure vehicles are allocated correctly
  • Manages gas cards which includes distribution & tracking of cards
  • Manages DMV renewals including insurance certificate & smog certificates
  • Manages Fast Trak, EZ Pass & any other toll accounts & usage
  • Assist third party insurance claims adjusters with investigation & documentation of all motor vehicle incidents
  • Develops & maintains outside vendor & service provider relationships

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Extensive knowledge of all company products
  • Knowledge of fleet operations & procedures
  • Knowledge of OSHA Safety Regulations
  • Knowledge of DOT Regulations
  • Highly organized with a relentless attention to detail
  • Good problem solving skills, & the ability to troubleshoot problems & think on your feet
  • Excellent Presentation & Communication Skills
  • Ability to deal effectively with a wide range of personalities
  • Management experience preferred
