Pendo is looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to join the Sales Operations team to support our rapidly growing Sales team.  The ideal candidate will be an analytical thinker & problem solver, have excellent communication skills & technical curiosity, thrive in a fast paced environment, strong attention to detail, & the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities (what you'll do):

  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, Customer Success, Professional Services, & Marketing teams in supporting day-to-day inquiries or request for assistance 
  • Independently review requests, troubleshoot issues, prioritize the backlog, & triage to other team members as appropriate
  • Support sales & sales management in creating quotes in Salesforce Configure Price Quote (CPQ) 
  • Audit & maintain processes & data quality within Salesforce
  • Develop dashboards & analytics in Salesforce

Qualifications (what you have):

  • 2+ years experience in Operations or equivalent role working with Salesforce
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, open office, dynamic environment with the ability to meet multiple deadlines
  • Manages time effectively & adapts quickly to changing priorities
  • Excellent written & verbal communication & presentation skills
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, LeanData, ZoomInfo, Outreach & other Sales tools a plus
  • 4-year degree preferred
