How Does This Position Help VTS Succeed?

As Senior Director of Integrated Marketing Services, you will lead the marketing strategy services team, owning the strategic & ideation process to bring our clients' (top commercial real estate landlords in North America) experiences to life for their consumers (tenants). This is a rapidly growing area in commercial real estate & a unique opportunity for an experienced, results-driven integrated marketer.

You will collaborate with internal creative, events, & marketing communication teams to strategize & produce compelling experiences & playbooks that help our landlord clients activate, engage, & delight their consumer occupants. Reporting into the SVP of Marketing, you'll build out a team of marketers & content creators. CRE experience is not needed - you might be an expert in beauty, retail, media, or other creative & brand-centric industries.

The ideal candidate is strategic, data-driven, & adaptable. You are both a consumer marketer & you love working with clients.
