As the centralized engine for innovation & development the Roivant R&D team is responsible for: 1) discovery efforts focused on integrating computational & medicinal chemistry methods in order to establish R&D leadership positions in oncology, immunology & rare diseases; 2) working hand in hand with Business Development to establish the scientific rationale & initial development strategy for in-licensing opportunities; 3) providing tactical & strategic R&D support to stand up new portfolio companies (Vants) & advance development efforts across the portfolio.

Position Title: Senior Administrative Assistant, Strategic Finance 

Position Summary: 

The Senior Administrative Assistant will provide key administrative support to the CFO of Roivant Sciences & the Strategic Finance Team under the supervision of the Executive Business Partner to the CFO in their New York office (remote environment during COVID-19)

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Heavy calendar management of the CFOs day-to-day schedule including proactively scheduling meetings
  • Provides the following support to the Strategic Finance Team:
  • Update & maintain the Finance Teams CRM system
    • Proactively schedule meetings, external calls, internal team calls/meetings
    • Manage outlook calendars & contacts for designated team members
    • Create & manage POs through Coupa & e-signatures through Docusign
    • Prepare & submit expense reports using Concur
    • Coordinate domestic & international travel arrangements
    • Arrange catering orders for external lunches & other meetings
    • Book conference rooms & set up VCs for team
  • Register team for conferences, book hotels, etc.
    • Send FedEx, mail, fax, copying, answering phone calls & other general administrative tasks & activities
  • Ad hoc projects as assigned



    • Bachelors Degree


  • Minimum of 3-7 years supporting senior level executives or a team of professionals preferably in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry, Finance/Investment industry or at a start-up
  • Experience with marketing and/or investor relations a plus
  • Experience with Sales Force or any other CRM system a plus
