Position Description 

We are looking for a proactive, driven, personable, & action-oriented individual to join our Implementation & Clinician Success team in our New York City office. This role will be responsible for seamlessly integrating eConsults into clinicians workflows, identifying gaps in engagement, & improving processes as well as helping to drive ongoing engagement initiatives. The role requires partnership with RubiconMD clients to train clinicians & increase the adoption of our platform by onsite observations. The ideal candidate will bring a sense of deep user empathy & help to plan, create & improve our current & future service experience to improve user journeys. Success will be measured by the strength of the partnership developed with clients & the impact our clients are able to drive using RubiconMD.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Own end to end implementation program initiatives across a variety of user segments that RubiconMD works with; serve as the voice of the user with regard to insights from training sessions, feedback from providers on the ground & represents this voice back to the product & development teams
  • Manage practice transformation process for assigned practices to include but not limited to practice observations of the current state, review of findings, consultation on best practice recommendations & opportunities for better workflows, processes, training & overall implementation
  • Establish effective interpersonal relationships with all levels of clinic personnel from practice managers to clinic leadership (CMO, MD level); promote an atmosphere that encourages enthusiasm & user participation in RubiconMDs platform; create a positive environment at clinic for sharing open feedback & suggesting improvements; act as the liaison between end-users, engagement & product teams within the company
  • Develop & implement clinician engagement initiatives to help foster a culture of eConsults amongst our clinic partners & drive sustained levels of platform utilization. Provide insights & understanding that empower RubiconMD to create new engagement tactics to bring the most value to our users
  • Contribute to improvement efforts through process analysis & workflow redesign; advocate for process change with an understanding of provider workflow challenges, establishing strong relationships with clients: clinicians, administrative staff, management, & leadership
  • Provide monthly training reports for tracking & performance
  • Support key implementation team deliverables & is able to work within defined project plan timelines
  • Drive clinician engagement activities in partnership with clients following training; responsible for brainstorming new ideas, creating an engagement plan for each client, executing it & monitoring engagement
  • Work cross-functionally to complete daily work with internal teams, which include: sales, account management, operations, analytics, product, legal, & finance
  • 20 - 30% travel for training to client/clinic sites when travel is permitted, post-COVID

Desired skills, attributes & experience: 

  • 4+ years of project or program management
  • 2+ years of experience directly working with clinicians including; clinician engagement, clinical workflows, provider relations, clinician education, or practice transformation 
  • Understanding of best practice primary care workflows & value-based care initiatives
  • Passion for inspiring clinician behavior change that fosters high-quality, value-based care best practices for long-term patient outcomes
  • Client-facing experience in clinical integration or transformation activities, EMR workflow development or assisting providers with change management is preferred
  • Experience conducting user experience research related to clinician engagement is a plus
  • Strategic Approach & Detailed Execution: sees & articulates big picture goals & takeaways, & can dive into the details to drive execution; documentation is already your best practice 
  • Planning & Organization: has a keen sense for prioritization from email habits to time management, to information juggle about stakeholders, teams, clients, & products
  • Leadership: has the ability to drive alignment, action & deliver results when managing multiple stakeholders both internally & with the client; you are not afraid to make decisions & drive to resolution & next steps
  • Facilitate & Train: exhibits strong presentation & public speaking skills & the ability to be clear, concise, & effective articulating clinical & technical information in 1:1 & packed room settings
  • Entrepreneurial instinct: shows a bias towards action & has a natural drive to build, reflect, & iterate rapidly for the good of our clients & the company; you dont miss a beat when clients change plans & are unphased by the constant evolution of internal processes
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office & Google Suite
