This role will lead all areas of global accounting, both technical & transactional: accounting policy, consolidations, international accounting, operational accounting, internal controls & Sarbanes Oxley compliance, & external SEC reporting.
To be successful in this role, you need:

A solid understanding of public company accounting best practices

Leadership & management capabilities that will motivate & empower your team to success

Attention to detail & willingness to roll up your sleeves & get things done

Experience with international expansion, including setting up financial operations to support & administer such expansion

Demonstrated ability to introduce systems & processes to help streamline operations & help grow the Finance department to scale
