We're looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join the Sales Ops team at Carta!
In this role, your primary function will be to partner with AEs, Sales leadership & marketing in developing our GTM strategy, build sales process & enablement to help Carta achieve our revenue objectives. You will partner cross-functionally to determine business priorities & align resources to accelerate revenue growth. You will help scale the end to end selling process to minimize friction & maximize efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in these areas & have experience implementing & managing sales tools & processes in a dynamic environment.
