Role Summary
The Business Development Representative (BDR) role at Bolt is the cornerstone of Bolt's Sales team. You will work directly with senior level Sales members, who will teach you to seek new business opportunities by contacting potential customers & selling them on the value of Bolt. As a BDR, you are a driving force for the company by boosting sales & contributing to the long-term business growth.

To be successful as a BDR, you should be a self-starter with a positive outlook. Success is dependent on working hard, but being thoughtful, creative & research-oriented will get you ahead. No direct experience is required & new graduates & industry changers are urged to apply! 

For context, we have an established BDR team that sits between Salt Lake City & San Francisco. With the support of our SLC & SF management, you'll be able to grow quickly within the company.
