Remote - Ireland

As a Content Creator & Social Media Strategist, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness & outstanding content marketing experiences for HubSpot Germany. 

In this role, you will join the German branch of our international EMEA team, which is working across three locations: Germany, the United Kingdom, & France. We love independent thinkers who are prepared to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, youll get to: 

  • Support HubSpots long-term brand-building initiatives & short-term awareness campaigns across our social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, & YouTube accounts) to further increase our reach & engagement with our local community. 
  • Lead content planning, creation, & implementation for organic & paid social campaigns across multiple social channels for the German market.
  • Deliver brand & marketing messages through compelling content & storytelling.
  • Think strategically & creatively on how best to utilize our social media channels & test new brand-building formats.
  • Analyze relevant metrics to measure the impact of social media activities & amend strategies based on learnings & patterns.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of social media trends, industry best practices, & social media platform developments & opportunities.
  • Fully own the reporting of all your initiatives around social media management.
  • Support our CX Spotlight & GROW Europe event activities for the German market.
  • Create compelling assets for organic & paid social media campaigns, events, webinars, & partnerships.

We are looking for people who: 

  • Want to create best-in-class B2B marketing experiences.
  • Are creative thinkers with very good copywriting skills & the ability to create impactful creative assets.
  • Have first experience in graphic design & video production.
  • Demonstrate excellent collaboration skills & the ability to work with multiple teams.
  • Can manage projects like a pro.
  • Are data-driven with the ability to analyze, interpret & translate data into a clear strategy.
  • Are comfortable with change & a fast-paced environment where things move quickly.
  • Are fluent in German (native speaker) & English.

  • Fluent in German (native speaker) & English
  • Links to writing samples, blog, or YouTube channel (or even any relevant college project work).
