We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Success/Client Strategy leader to manage & coach a new generation of CS managers at the company, & help lead the organization forward as it continues to rapidly scale in 2020. You will work with the current leadership team to vet & implement new technology platforms, create & refine team- & company-wide processes, & represent the CS function internally & externally on a day-to-day basis.
