About the role:
This is a newly created position reporting into the Director of Product. This position will have a broad scope, working in long-term partnership with 7-10 teams across the R&D organization. Your mandate will be to bring the right level of program oversight & process governance to our design & delivery of technical projects that will allow teams to work in lockstep & further strengthen our shipping capabilities.
Our goal in 2022 to increase the speed & optionality of our products, while also ensuring that we provide a consistency & improved customer experience. Throughout the delivery of this desired state, you will be looked as a technical leader who will run weekly sprints & monthly rituals, provide mentorship & guidance, & build best practices that can scale with us.
