WayUp is looking for a Recruiting & Sourcing Associate to join our Customer Success Team here at WayUp!
As a Recruiting & Sourcing Associate,you will be representing WayUp & our partnered employers in identifying & screening (via phone call) top, qualified talent for employers' open roles. If you're someone who is a people's person, loves talking to others, & is very quick on the computer, this role may be perfect for you. Candidates for this role must be well-organized, highly motivated, & eager to learn & grow!
- At times, sourcing candidates for a specific job using WayUp's platform
- Conducting phone interviews with candidates seeking jobs with our employer clients
- Sending soft-skill feedback to candidates
- Coordination between candidates & hiring managers (clients)
You must have some experience (part-time, full-time, or via internship) in a customer-facing position, where you are used to interacting with lots of people & holding many conversations each day. You must have an interest in recruiting, & be excited to be in this full-time position for at least one year. Additionally, requirements include:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong computer skills
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Extremely well-organized
