We are hiring a passionate Design Manager to reinforce our scaling Product Design Organisation.

You will contribute to the optimisation of our products' user experiences & participate in the building of our products' visions. We work in an agile environment, in close collaboration with Product Manager & Technical teams.
You will be managing & coaching a team of 3-6 experienced product designers based in Paris & Tel-Aviv, collaborating with stakeholders from other teams (PM + Dev + QA...).

Key responsibilities

Coaching, Managing & Hiring. Coach 3 to 6 experienced & highly performing product designers. Ensure design quality & consistency of your team outputs. Create an efficient environment for them to learn & grow. Hire new team members & make the Product Design team grow as fast as the company. 
Design culture & operations. Cultivating a conducive environment for great design by helping with team processes like design peer reviews, team meetings Identify opportunities to improve how we work & the relationships both within & outside the product design team. Support product designers in contributing to their respective multi-disciplinary product squad.
Strategic support & guidance. Help the team up-level their sense of product strategy. Consider framework & methodologies to help ensure the team is considering the  why  behind their work. Not micromanaging their project but helping guide them to ensure things are on a healthy path (following our Design System, matching our standards).
Keep a hands-on approach. In some cases, leveraging your own design production skills to craft design projects by yourself.

Requirements

You've successfully managed a team of designers & demonstrated your ability to help people grow.
Experience leading operations of a design team (peer review, design process, cross-discipline collaboration, ).
Passion for effective mentoring & coaching: you should love to help others grow.
Strong strategic thinking & communication: you are someone who can help influence teams & evangelize design in the company.
You are fluent in English (spoken + written).
You have the desire to work in a B2B / SAAS technology context on a complex platform.
You have experience in data heavy products, analytics and/or data visualisation.
You have experience in using modern prototyping tools to communicate efficiently your ideas (we use Figma) to act as a role model for your team members.
People describe you as an autonomous, rigorous & organised person & you are willing to work in a flexible & informal environment: we are in a phase of scaling, structuring & industrializing our design organisation.

Nice to have 

You speak French and/or Hebrew
You have knowledge in agile methodologies.
