We are seeking a highly motivated & experienced Director of Insights Analytics to lead our Business Research & Insights team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, & management of our company's analytics strategy. The Director of Analytics will be responsible for identifying trends & patterns in data, deriving insights that drive business decisions, & ensuring that all analytics activities align with company goals & objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop & execute the analytics strategy for the organization, ensuring that it aligns with company goals & objectives.
• Work closely with department heads & senior executives to understand their analytics needs & develop insights that help them make informed business decisions.
• Manage a team of analysts, data scientists, & other professionals to deliver high-quality analytics solutions.
• Provide thought leadership on emerging trends & technologies in the analytics space, & help the organization stay ahead of the curve.
• Develop & maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure the success of analytics initiatives.
• Lead the development of data models, algorithms, & other analytical tools to support business decision-making.
• Develop & maintain robust data governance policies & procedures to ensure the accuracy, completeness, & security of our data.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as IT & Marketing, to ensure that analytics activities are integrated with other business processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in analytics or related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets & extract actionable insights.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Proven track record of developing & implementing successful analytics strategies.
• Deep understanding of data governance, data quality, & data management principles.
• Experience with statistical analysis, data mining, machine learning, & other analytical techniques.

The salary range for this role is $150,000-$237,000 annually. The final salary offered will be determined based on relative experience, skills, internal equity, & location. We also offer a generous total rewards program - read more about additional benefits & perks below!
