Position
The Program Manager is responsible for working with Customers & WorkFusion teams to facilitate the execution of services, solutions & products across the customer's enterprise. This entails independently leading complex, business critical activities that involves integrating the work of multiple large teams. The Program Manager reports to the SVP, Strategic Services or someone he/she designates.
Key Responsibilities
Develop customer governance model that aligns objectives to initiatives while ensuring customer success
Together with the customer develop a program roadmap that clearly articulates success criteria
Facilitate the creation of Statement of Works for customer engagements
Facilitate overall execution of program & value delivery
Proactively track & report on all initiatives that make up the program
Identify & manage risks & impediments that affect program scope, schedule, & quality
Manage dependencies within & across programs
Collaborate with other Program Managers to coordinate initiatives across multiple teams both internally & externally, from inception to delivery to consumer
Facilitate the creation of a program roadmap, in close collaboration with the Customer & other relevant stakeholders
Lead team communication, coordination systems, & related governance
Manage projects & their dependencies to ensure milestone are met
Ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently
Facilitate the creation of project/program documentation
Manage relationships & deliverables from partners
Facilitate efforts in larger & more critical/complex programs & operational activities that involve integrating the work of multiple large teams
Independently manage activities & resolve issues with minimal help from management; work effectively with all levels of management & employees within customer engagement
Provide strategic & tactical guidance to teams
Promote collaboration & coordination amid competing priorities
Drive activities within the program, leading to predictable, quality delivery of value
Navigate the noise within the customers environment so there is laser focus towards results & delivery value
Travel up to 50% domestically and/or internationally as needed
Qualifications/Experience
10+ years of experience in program/project management
Strong knowledge of Agile, software engineering practices, as well as traditional project management
Superb written & verbal communications, presentation skills, & meeting facilitation skills
Experience working in a consulting and/software product environment
Experience working with technology professionals & business management & customers
Experience producing advanced reports in Excel & PowerPoint
Experience with Jira, Confluence
Scrum Master certification, CSPO (preferred)
PMP & Six Sigma (preferred)
BA or BS degree or equivalent (preferred)
