ABOUT THE ROLE

Peloton is looking for an analytical & growth-minded Associate Manager to join its Demand Gen Strategy team. Reporting to the Director of Demand Gen Strategy, this role will support initiatives to efficiently drive demand for new & existing Peloton products in North America. This role is a unique blend of strategy, acquisition/growth marketing, & analytics with touch points across every Peloton product & sales channel. The ideal candidate loves working with numbers, thinking strategically, & solving new & complex marketing challenges. High level of proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets required. 

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON:

  • Support North America annual & quarterly Sales & Marketing planning
    • Recommend optimal weekly media & lead gen budgets taking into account overall strategic goals, product mix, & media channel performance & efficiency
    • Own forecast & reporting for Leads & Paid Media site traffic, including regular communication to leadership & stakeholders on performance vs plan
    • Develop & maintain dashboards & templates to support forecasting & reporting (primarily in Google sheets & Looker)
    • Build & manage relationships with internal cross-functional teams, including Marketing Analytics, Revenue Analytics, Media, eComm, Inside Sales, Retail, Digital App, Corporate Wellness, Apparel, & Commercial teams
    • Interface with external Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) & media agencies
    • Serve as point of contact for global counterparts
  • Identify & manage strategic Lead Gen projects 
    • Create & maintain testing roadmap to grow lead capture across Media, Web, & Partnerships
  • Uncover & execute opportunities for growth across customer segments & products
    • Update purchaser demographic reports & deliver to key stakeholders, including Consumer Insights & FP&A

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

  • 3-5 years of experience in a highly analytical & strategic role
    • i.e. strategy/strategic marketing, data or marketing analytics, investment banking, consulting, etc.
    • Marketing & media experience not required
  • Analytical mindset & curiosity - ability to manage large, complex data sets & glean data-driven insights is a must! This role interfaces heavily with Marketing Analytics
  • High level of proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets/Google Slides; Looker experience a bonus
  • Excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail, bias for action, & organization
  • Problem solving & self-starter mentality
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills
  • Thrives in ambiguity & comfortable operating independently in fast-paced environments. Ability to quickly pivot between projects & priorities. Must be adaptable & willing to take on different/additional responsibilities as necessary
  • Positive & collaborative attitude. Comfortable working with individuals across functional groups, countries, & levels of seniority
