Teads is seeking a motivated seller to join our Sales Team. As a Business Director, your primary focus will be to promote the sale of our platform to agencies & direct advertisers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a large portfolio of clients : brands & media agencies 
  • Identify new opportunities to leverage business & relationships
  • Conduct meetings (in-person/remote) to build a sales pipeline in promoting branding & performance solutions
  • Build strong client relationships with both agencies & direct client by providing added value through presentations, workshop & other strategic initiatives 
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction to generate renewals & increase incremental revenue
  • Develop strong, mutually beneficial long-term relationships with clients
  • Push our best media & creative recommendations
  • Negotiate Sales contracts including growing a platform based self-service business.
  • Manage & maintain a sales pipeline for the business
  • Achieve sales targets
  • Work closely with Ad Operations, & support functions, to ensure client campaign expectations are communicated
    internally & deliverables meet satisfaction
  • Represent Teads in the online marketplace & become an active brand advocate

Experience/Background

  • First experience in online media sales is essential 
  • You will be extremely well connected within all the major & local advertising agencies
  • You will have an excellent track record of prospecting & selling advertising solutions in the digital media landscape.
  • You will have an intimate knowledge of everything digital & have an understanding of online video
  • You have a proven track record of winning large accounts
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to resolve queries efficiently, to multitask, & communicate across teams
  • Solution driven mentality
