Teads is seeking a motivated seller to join our Sales Team. As a Business Director, your primary focus will be to promote the sale of our platform to agencies & direct advertisers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a large portfolio of clients : brands & media agencies
- Identify new opportunities to leverage business & relationships
- Conduct meetings (in-person/remote) to build a sales pipeline in promoting branding & performance solutions
- Build strong client relationships with both agencies & direct client by providing added value through presentations, workshop & other strategic initiatives
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction to generate renewals & increase incremental revenue
- Develop strong, mutually beneficial long-term relationships with clients
- Push our best media & creative recommendations
- Negotiate Sales contracts including growing a platform based self-service business.
- Manage & maintain a sales pipeline for the business
- Achieve sales targets
- Work closely with Ad Operations, & support functions, to ensure client campaign expectations are communicated
internally & deliverables meet satisfaction
- Represent Teads in the online marketplace & become an active brand advocate
Experience/Background
- First experience in online media sales is essential
- You will be extremely well connected within all the major & local advertising agencies
- You will have an excellent track record of prospecting & selling advertising solutions in the digital media landscape.
- You will have an intimate knowledge of everything digital & have an understanding of online video
- You have a proven track record of winning large accounts
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to resolve queries efficiently, to multitask, & communicate across teams
