Hi, we're Oscar. Were hiring a Program Manager to join our Population Health team.

About the role:

The Population Health Program Manager, Operations will oversee the operational design, implementation & launch of Population Health programs This position will be responsible for planning & implementation pre-launch, as well as evaluating & optimizing processes & workflows of programs post-launch. 

Primary Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Ensure effective & efficient operation of population health strategies by defining, planning & implementing population health programs

  • Collaborate with internal, cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment & deliver solutions

  • Employ and leverage Oscars innovative products & platform while implementing programs & ensure a holistic, integrated member-centric approach 

  • Oversee launch activities & author playbooks & project plans in conjunction with business partners to implement solutions at scale.

  • Build, monitor, & iterate on the operating model for new Oscar members, +Oscar & vendor partners & act as consultative, point of contact for cross-functional teams 

  • Establish processes for continuous improvement which evaluate & implement changes to enhance function & performance in relation to key business objectives

  • Co-owns operational strategies, project management & program success metrics including market adoption, member/ customer satisfaction & utilization, & population health outcomes

  • Coach, lead & develop team members to achieve successful outcomes 

This is a hybrid role, & you will work part of the time in the New York office & part of the time working remotely.

Required education & experience

  • 5+ years of relevant operational & healthcare work experience, with a preferred focus on population health, value-based care, or clinical programming

  • 3+ years of experience managing individual contributors 

  • Work / project planning experience

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high growth environment

  • Excel & financial modeling experience 

Preferred education & experience

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in health administration, business administration, public Health, health policy, health economics  or 4 years commensurate experience

  • Management consulting experience

  • Domain experience in remote monitoring, telehealth, data analytics, and/or chronic disease management.
