Warby Parker is on the lookout for a dynamic, sharp-as-a-tack Strategy Manager to help us achieve sustainable growth by rethinking our industry & applying innovative practices. In this role, youll lead the research, development, & execution of strategic priorities, & become an expert on opportunities to expand our business. Youll work cross-functionally to make these opportunities a reality by partnering with our Brand Management, Retail, Product, Technology, & Customer Experience teams. What youll do:
- Lead the implementation of pilot tests, partnerships, & other business development activities to drive our long-term strategic priorities
- Support telemedicine business expansion, including roadmap prioritization, opportunity evaluation, analytics, & reporting
- Drive cross-functional strategic projects, including project scoping, materials development, communication with business partners & key stakeholders, & recommended paths forward
- Support research of new opportunities, such as new markets & potential products, services, & sales channels, & collaborate across departments to evaluate the value & implications
- Evaluate our strategic positioning & become an expertlike, savant-levelon new technology, consumer trends, & the competitive landscape
Who you are:
- Backed by 3+ years of experience in a highly analytic & strategic role (bonus points for experience in management consulting or corporate strategy)
- An optimistic & creative problem solver whos a whiz at Excel & PowerPoint
- Analytical with a deep appreciation for data-driven decision making
- Experienced in planning & conducting market research
- Always curious & eager to learn (youre comfortable working with uncertainty)
- A crystal-clear communicator, skilled at translating data into strategic recommendations
- Not on the Office of Inspector Generals List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
