We are looking for experienced sales professionals to help Peek continue our expansion throughout the US. As a Mid-Market Account Executive, your first responsibility will be to bring new activity operators onto Peeks network through a consultative sales approach. Mid-Market Account Executives are also responsible for knowing their local markets while maintaining constant communication with the team on how the market is responding to Peeks growth initiatives. This position is a high-adrenaline & client-facing sales role, requiring deep industry expertise, proven sales ability to close deals & the opportunity to work with a broad base of local travel-industry contacts.

Responsibilities:

  • Target, identify & sell Peeks products to activity operators
  • Present in-person & online demos of Peek products
  • Educate operators about unique trends in the industry & provide insight on how they can change with the trends
  • Encourage operators to think differently about their business
  • Develop & execute a strategic plan for each metro & create reliable forecasts
  • Strategically overcome objections & competition
  • Consistently over achieve monthly & quarterly acquisition targets
  • Listen to what operators want & share that insight with Senior Management
  • Utilize Salesforce.com to manage your territory, forecast activity & maintain consistent organization
  • Anticipate travel depending on the local market

Requirements:

  • Consistent track record of exceeding quotas
  • 2-3 years technology sales experience
  • Competitive, tenacious & results driven
  • Self-motivated & able to perform well under pressure & against aggressive goals & deadlines
  • Skilled at presenting new perspectives to customers that challenge the way they view their business
  • Knowledgeable about the travel industry & is able to leverage this to talk with activity operators about opportunities in the marketplace
  • Excellent time management & organizational skills
  • Outstanding oral & written communication & presentation skills
  • Exceptional ability to drive value during sales engagements
  • Highly analytical with the ability to assess business opportunities & read prospective buyers
  • Aptitude for gathering & using data to make affective & informed decisions & persuading others
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to multi-task & prioritize
  • Capacity to learn complex concepts quickly & independently
  • Attention to detail with administrative responsibilities
  • Proficient in Word, PowerPoint & Excel
  • Travel required when needed (30-40%)
