Tradeshift has recently acquired Babelway (now Tradeshift Belgium), a Belgian B2B integration platform. This position is open to work with the Babelway product within the former Babelway team. The Babelway service is integrated in Tradeshift & this position focuses on the Babelway customers.
The Customer Operations Executive is responsible for the day to day follow up with our customers. You will be the main contact point for existing customers & serve as an advocate among the organisation.
What a day is like:
Activities coverbut are not limited to sending offers, monthly billing, on-boarding, follow up with questions, acting as PoC for remote finance & office management at Tradeshift. You are responsible for the successful deployment of Babelway with our new & existing customers.You prepare purchase orders for new projects, you are send invoices including special process, you liaise with your AR team in Romania regarding late payment & reminders & liaisewith the Technical/Engineering teams.You participate in various events in required,create/improve a smooth customer success process,participate to the onboarding of SelfService customers & youanswer billing & PricePlan questions.You meet with the customerswhen neededto discuss their needs & present new opportunities,monitor & keep health metric of the customer base, & keep an up-to-date list of customers & contacts & communicate with them when appropriate. Further, you are the local office point of contact for the Global office Manager based in Copenhagen
You're perfect for this role if you:
Have solid experience with customer interaction & you have strong phone contact handling skills areactively listening. You have a natural customer orientation & ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters & an ability to multi-task, prioritize, & manage time effectively.
You also have:
- Fluency in English & French language is needed, Dutch is advantage
- Mindset of being solutions oriented
- Knowledge of working with various IT-systems (CRM-systems)
- Positive attitude towards customers & co-workers
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
