As a Diversity & Inclusion Project Manager you will work cross functionally with all COEs on the People Team to assist with Diversity & Inclusion initiatives present throughout the candidate & employee lifecycle. Youll implement various strategies starting at the Talent Acquisition phase to ensure a diverse candidate pipeline all the way through learning & development by spearheading mentorship opportunities & career growth & development. You will work closely with the Director of Culture & Engagement & Human Resource Business Partners to promote an inclusive workplace & coordinate company wide internal events. You will give our Business Resource Groups the necessary tools to run successful programs & work closely with the CEO & the executive leadership team to promote Diversity & Inclusion initiatives company wide from both a people & product point of view. You'll analyze, design & deliver programs & projects across service lines.
Responsibilities
- Acts as a project manager for medium to large projects or oversees portions of major or highly complex projects
- Manage Magic Leaps University outreach & all fellowship/internship programs
- Serve as the first point of contact for projects & programs you run. Address & resolve requests, concerns & inquiries
- Provide thoughtful input & often develop communications targeted for employees
- Implement recurring Diversity & Inclusion processes & identify & recommend process improvements
- Collect, analyze & report on HR related data. Identify issues & make suggestions as appropriate
- Help design & implement Diversity & Inclusion related programs & processes
- Alert HR team members and/or clients to potential risks
- Participate in discussions within the business unit & company wide
- Be comfortable presenting to the Executive Leadership Team & company wide
Knowledge & skills requirements
- Project & program management including project design & implementation, stakeholder management & communications planning & budget management
- Knowledge about an array of Diversity & Inclusion issues, resources & subjects. Duties are varied & also require a broad knowledge base to perform

To qualify, candidates must have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of 5 years of work experience
- Possesses skills in the following key areas: Project management, facilitation, supporting & leading change, influencing (persuasive verbal & written communications)
- Ability to quickly gain a thorough understanding of the business
