Your main goal will be to ensure the success of the activation program: you will be in charge of running the entire process together with the client, coordinating the organization of the events & all communications.

As the Activation Coordinator you will:

  • Design, organize & manage the client activation program & client comms plan;
  • Act as the first point of contact for the client & plan together the first steps of the activation program, such as defining the timing & establishing resources & channels available;
  • Define the best communication strategy to present the Gympass benefit, align with the values & procedures of each client;
  • Coordinate internally with the other departments;
  • Manage the logistics & organize all actions of the activation plan, handle multiple communication channels & analyse the results of the events;
  • Continuously give your input, detect points of improvements & suggest new ideas for future actions;
  • Use your expertise to align international Gympass media content with the local market, accordingly to the EU strategy.

Requirements

  • Mandatory Native level of French & high level of English.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Events, Trade Marketing or Account Manager/Executive positions.
  • High level of aptitude with Microsoft office tools.
  • Goal oriented with great communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible, resourceful & able to multi-task while establishing priorities & providing solutions.
  • Proactive, dynamic, with positive attitude & team spirit.
