Position Summary

The primary responsibility for the Fashion Team Coordinator is to support the Fashion & Buying Team with schedule management & all administrative tasks. This role will work directly with external brands & PRs, as well as act as a liaison cross-functionally within the business to facilitate a multitude of requests.

What Youll Do

  • Support VP Fashion Direction & Buying with all administrative tasks
  • Manage duties related to team meetings/calendars including the preparation presentations & any material required for vendor meetings
  • Schedule & coordinate all domestic & international appointments
  • Coordinate travel for market/trade shows as well as manage expenses
  • Manage Fashion Week ticket request process across the team (approximately 15 weeks annually including fringe fashion weeks)
  • Management of editorial sign off process
  • Collation & distribution of internal & external coverage to brands
  • Collate trend reports & notes throughout the season
  • Management of seasonal top-line presentation to the business
  • Management of personal communication including site, email, social & press column
  • Preparation & call-ins for shoots & events
  • Provision of social materials to teams (where possible)

Who You Are

  • Bachelors degree
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office necessary, Adobe Creative Suite preferable
  • Comprehensive understanding of the fashion & luxury goods industry
  • Strong motivation & capacity to lead by example, inspiring productivity & results
  • Proven track record of constantly raising the bar, elevating service levels & driving results
  • Communicates effectively in verbal & written form with cross-functional partners
  • Creative thinker with the confidence to share ideas with the team
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills & ability to build & maintain relationships in all scopes of business
  • Autonomous self-starter, confident trouble shooter & decision-maker, able to work independently & as part of a team
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
