Were looking for an experienced Content Designer to join our growing Product Design + UXR team to bring our digital product experiences to life creating content that provides just the right balance of tone, context & guidance. You will work alongside Product Designers, UX Researchers, Product Managers, Product Marketing, Legal & Brand Design to create product content so all of our UX meets our high-bar for quality + craft. If you are a language nerd + love designing with words & content, we have meaty challenges for you in helping CLEAR deliver its vision in the digital identity space.

What You Will Do:

  • Plan, write, edit, test, & improve product content including language in UI/flows, navigation, & product marketing
  • Actively contribute to solving our toughest Product/Design challenges by leveraging your expertise in content strategy, copywriting + UX
  • Be the fierce champion for clarity & usability of product experiences using the power of words from early in developing UX strategy all the way through Design QA
  • Advocate for smart, efficient content management across Product, Design & Tech teams to ensure content coherence across touch points
  • Drive consistency across product content & collaborate with Brand team to evolve CLEARs voice in non-product channels + touch points
  • Create, maintain, & evolve content guidelines/frameworks + own the POV on reusable content elements for our Design System

Who You Are:

  • 4+ years of writing & designing content, esp for web & mobile product experiences
  • Superior communication + storytelling skills, verbal & written
  • Bias-to-action with the ability to navigate ambiguity, & strategically prioritize multiple projects
  • Systems mindset that considers not just copy, but the end-to-end UX & cross-channel interactions
  • Can distill & translate complex concepts/tasks into actionable steps
  • Ability to address strategy, metrics, & outcomes in recommendations
  • Knowledge of best practices for accessibility, inclusion, & internationalization
  • High attention to detail + experience with presenting to senior leadership
  • Experience with content management systems, eg Prismic, & design tools, eg Figma
