Brit + Co is looking for a Brand Partnerships Manager with sales experience in building & scaling multi-platform business across key categories including tech, home & cpg. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the industry, variety of contacts, great customer service, & a deep knowledge of how to package & sell Brit + Cos core capabilities including digital video, display media, social & experiential.
This position will be based at the Brit + Co New York office & will report to the SVP of Brand Partnerships.
- Develop & execute a territory specific sales strategy
- Provide a clear roadmap on future sales opportunities
- Work with management to drive Brit + Cos revenue growth
- Participate in creative brainstorms for custom sponsorship programs
- Collaborate cross functionally to identify & package future sales opportunities
- Support best practices to ensure excellent client service & communication
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in digital sales
- Solid sales & negotiation experience from within the media industry
- Proven networking & relationship building skills
- Entrepreneurial flair with a highly driven & passionate mindset
- Creative thinker with the ability to multi-task
- Strong communication skills, persuasive & equipped with a positive attitude
