Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Senior Associate to join our Marketing.

About the role:

As a member of the Performance marketing team, you'll coordinate with both partners & agency partners to launch & improve our enterprise demand generation programs to acquire more +Oscar clients.

You will report to the Performance Marketing Manager. This is a remote role, you will work remotely in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Washington. Note, this list of states is subject to change.

Responsibilities:

  • Build the +Oscar media plan in collaboration with leadership & agency partners, ensuring that campaigns are launched error-free, & within budget
  • Foster & maintain effective relationships with partners which include our business development, data, & brand teams
  • Troubleshoot issues to ensure performance campaigns run as expected
  • Produce performance reports in collaboration with data & agency partners, ensuring that partners are well informed on results
  • Help develop the +Oscar website & landing page experience
  • Strategize testing opportunities to improve campaign performance & help socialize & scale these insights to future campaigns
  • Independently promote discrete paid media programs not accounted for in the media agency scope, including implementation & tracking

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of Marketing & Media experience working in a B2B enterprise environment

Bonus points:

  • Experience with ABM
  • Experience in a regulated industry like insurance or banking
