Pluralsight is seeking a Integrations Consultant to join its Professional Services team. In this role you will report to the Director of Professional Services & will receive day to day direction from a Team Leader. You will support the Integrations & Analytics team as we integrate our Pluralsight Platform into customer environments. You will also be directly involved in developing analytics solutions (dashboards & reports) for our corporate customers.
As an Integrations Consultant you will serve as an internal & external expert on our Integrations & Analytics offerings. You will work closely with customers to help them understand how to merge Pluralsight data with their enterprise data & advise them on how to present the combined results in a way demonstrates how the Pluralsight platform in enabling the achievement of technology learning objectives.

What you'll own:
Design, Architect & Develop data solutions to help customers make data driven decisions
Owning & maintaining internal data tooling for professional services team
Acquiring structured & unstructured data & preparing the data for analysis. This includes cleansing & transforming the data, creating derived data attributes when needed, documenting & communicating key assumptions & caveats, & employing sound recommendations for handling missing data points
Using your ability as a systems thinker to proactively identify & transform suboptimal data for the purpose of maximizing derived insights & impact
Looks for unique solutions & think outside the box to satisfy non-typical customer requests
Act as a partner with internal data teams to ensure data integrity, availability, & accessibility for the team at large
Maintain & collaborate on the development of best in class analytics service offerings
Ensuring effective delivery of services globally, satisfying internal & external SLAs
Managing service delivery needs & resolving complex integrations together with Sales, Customer Success, & Professional services
Acting as an internal & external expert on professional services offerings
Experience you'll need:
BA/BS degree in a technology related field or equivalent experience
3 -5 years of experience in professional services, support, data, or development role, ideally in a SaaS environment
Administration experience for data visualization tools such as Tableau, Domo, & Looker
Proficiency & experience with data visualization tools and/or languages
Expertise with SQL & a strong foundation in Database Systems is a strong plus
Experience with at least one programming language (PowerShell, Python, Perl etc.) is desired but can be learned on the job.
Knowledge of Adobe Analytics & Clickstream data feeds is desirable
Experience working with customers to resolve concerns & questions
Exceptional business acumen with ability to communicate complex issues & technologies in very simple terms
A proven track record of managing & delivering projects for enterprise companies
Ability to effectively troubleshoot with customers to get to the root of an issue & develop a meaningful solution (requirements gathering, technical assessments, etc.)
Ability to effectively manage time between both transactional deliverables & non-transactional deliverables
Excellent spoken & written English
Ability to work under pressure & managing multiple deadlines
