Position Overview

As a Team Lead you will be accountable for the people management of Account Managers based in Dusseldorf & London, in addition to managing a strategic account portfolio for the company. You will work very closely with management & cross department teams such as Implementation, Finance, Sales, Product Management, & Engineering to ensure delivery of world-class customer service. The Team Lead plays an integral role in recommending & implementing strategies for driving ongoing client product needs. The Team Lead is also responsible for educating customers & team members on all aspects of the DoubleVerify product suite & how products can be leveraged to meet their goals & objectives.


  • Development & oversight of the DACH, Central & Eastern European Account Management team
  • Evaluate team & individual performance against personal goals
  • Constantly monitor & improve customer satisfaction as it relates to the DoubleVerify campaign execution, implementation, & fulfilment processes
  • Enforce, monitor & enhance all campaign-related policies & procedures
  • Manage and/or participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives
  • Provide strategic & tactical service to complex, high touch customer base
  • Proactively oversee assigned portfolio, identifying growth opportunities & up-sell potential within existing client base
  • Ensure the quality of services & solutions, including satisfactory resolution of all support requests, & troubleshooting of all reporting, ad-serving & data issues
  • Compile performance evaluations for each client, highlighting the DoubleVerify value proposition throughout
  • Understand & effectively communicate DoubleVerifys value proposition, technology, & partnerships as relates to growth of current & prospective client accounts
  • Develop & maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Sales & Finance
  • Develop & maintain strong relationships with clients across senior & mid-management levels
  • Participate in client meetings to understand partner goals & objectives
  • Manage & participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives
  • Attend offsite meetings, conferences & industry events as necessary  


  • Strong customer facing experience & a deep understanding of the digital media/advertising industry
  • Direct team management experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
  • Salesforce experience of building reports & defining client organization hierarchy
  • Strong process management & analytical skills
  • Strong organizational skills, rigorous attention to detail, drive for excellence, & a positive can-do approach
  • Proven ability to balance the need of the customer while maintaining corporate objectives
  • Ability to work with internal & external customers to find solutions to challenges
  • Passion & desire to play a key role in driving new business to success in the advertising technology space
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university
  • Ability to conduct business in multiple languages is highly desirable
