As Technical Account Managers, we are responsible for demonstrating to prospective customers how Plaid's solutions will address their business needs. In addition to partnering with the Growth Account Managers, Technical Account Managers also interface with Product Management, Engineering, Operations & Marketing. The Technical Account Manager  is a highly visible technical & product expert in the post-sales process, & a primary driver for internal advancement of customer requirements.  Every day, we work with our customers to help them build & scale amazing applications. Behind each successful launch is a Technical Account Manager that provides the technical guidance & support to make it all possible. You will be responsible for working with our customers to design & implement seamless integrations with Plaid's products. You'll get to work with the fastest growing startups as well as some of the largest Fortune 500 companies.

You will work closely with our Growth & Partnerships teams as the technical lead throughout the post-sales process. You will be responsible for the implementation of Plaid's products into customers' existing architecture & continue to work with them as they scale.
