The Project Manager reports to a Program Manager. Works closely with Directors & Subject Matter Experts, designers, developers & quality to ensure flawless project execution, efficient resource allocation, project financial sanity & client satisfaction. He/She supports grows project delivery discipline & helps to develop processes, documentation, standardization & tools. He/She is a key player on building high-energy, multi-disciplinary teams. He/She is interested, invested & passionate about the industry, the clients we serve, & the work produced.

You will: 

  • Act as internal POC for assigned projects, including set-up & running of meetings,
    recording & distributing actions, flagging & communicating risks
  • Collaborate to ensure the work stays on brief, client needs & feedback are understood & addressed, & the work delivered is of high quality
  • Communicate day-to-day with clients on project intake, status, & updates & facilitate conversations for clarity of feedback/setting of expectations 
  • Work through dependencies & decisions required with internal teams & third parties
  • Identify & act on organic account growth opportunities in partnership with Client Services
  • Perform analysis & report on project health, attend finance meetings to inform account health (Metrics include: Remaining forecast, forecast to completion, burn (actuals) to date, % project progress, % budget utilized). 

You have: 

  • 3+ years of experience managing a variety of digital project types; site builds, ecommerce, marketing campaigns, microsites, maintenance.
  • Experience in Marketing projects: Social, Media, Creative.
  • 3+ experience in project finance, pipeline planning, forecasting, road mapping & leadership.
  • 3+ experience in resource management for projects including balancing priorities, timelines.
  • Knowledge of collaboration & issue tracking tools such as Box, Jira, Confluence.
  • PMP designation, SCRUM Master, Six Sigma.
  • Understand the work they manage & act as a contributor to the project team
  • Exhibit a positive attitude, communicate clearly, & escalate issues early/proactively to relevant Delivery lead
  • Build strong relationships with the team across all disciplines: 
    - Effectively collaborate & mentor emerging talent. 
    - Communicate & present scope, timelines, & project health in an effective, easy-to- understand manner for small-medium projects
    - Present the work in internal meetings
    - Understand client business goals & objectives as it applies to each project
    - Seamlessly transition among deliverables & competing priorities
    - Identify team needed, properly secure, & staff projects at project level
    - Understand the main forms of digital & traditional marketing & how they differ (where applicable)
    - Understand the ways technology lives in projects, with a proficient understanding of technology types (app, tech stack, platform, VR, automation, etc., manage small to medium sized projects with a technology component.
